THE TEAM
HCMC is founder-led by disabled veterans. Our ownership and several key leadership roles are filled by men and women who served in direct patient care or combat roles. Our broader executive team also includes seasoned industry leaders from outside the military, bringing complementary expertise to the company.
Twenty years of service as a Special Forces Medical Sergeant (18D). Trained to provide advanced medical care in austere and high-stakes environments, John carries that precision into building HCMC's clinical partnerships and product portfolio. Disabled veteran.

Medically retired from combat-sustained injuries. Leads HCMC's compliance, training platform, digital infrastructure, and regulatory alignment — and carries a sales territory serving VA, DOD, and civilian clinicians.

Embedded with Army and Marine units on the frontline with the responsibility of calling in air strikes on the right target at the right time. TACP operators complete one of the most intense physical, mental, and technical training pipelines in U.S. special operations. Eric brings that precision and accountability to HCMC's regional clinical partnerships.

Nearly every major innovation in emergency and trauma medicine has roots in military medical practice. From tourniquets to blood-product transfusion protocols to forward surgical teams, military medics have driven civilian medicine forward for over a century.
The red cross on the medic's armband — worn from the Civil War through MASH and into modern combat — is one of the most recognized symbols in military history. Army medics carry the first burden of care on the battlefield.
