About Mandi
Mandi Bruce brings more than fifteen years of leadership in education and people operations to Honor Code Medical Consultants. Her career has been built around the disciplines that make HR work: communication, structure, consistency, and the steady judgment that comes from being responsible for the well-being of others every single day.
She currently serves as a 4th Grade English Language Arts and Reading teacher at Denton Independent School District, a role she has held for more than six years. Before transitioning into public-school teaching, she spent more than seven years in early-childhood-education leadership — first as Center Director of the Children's Choice Learning Center at Medical City Hospital in Dallas, then as Director at Bright Horizons. Across those roles she built and managed teams, led families through transitions, set culture, and held standards.
