About Hayley
Hayley Lewis is a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences with three minors — Chemistry, Marketing, and Interior Design. Few people pair a real bench-science foundation with formal training in marketing strategy and visual / spatial design, and that unusual mix is exactly what shaped Hayley’s approach: read the data, communicate it cleanly, and make every touchpoint look like a place a busy clinician would want to spend a few seconds.
After completing the Medical Sales College program in 2025, Hayley joined ACZ Distribution as a contract Medical Sales Representative and then moved to Honor Code Medical Consultants in November 2025. At HCMC she now leads marketing — content calendar, manufacturer co-marketing approvals, brand consistency across the rep network, and HCMC’s growing voice in the wound-care and regenerative-biologics communities. Her field experience as a sales rep means the marketing work is informed by what actually happens in front of the customer, not just what looks good on a slide.
Her north star: every communication HCMC publishes should respect the clinical audience’s time, hold up to scrutiny by a value-analysis committee, and never sound like marketing for marketing’s sake.
